Seeking Landscape Technician to join our team!

If you answered yes to these questions, you might be a great fit for our Landscape Technician role at Wells Hollow Landscaping!
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Assist with various landscape installations under the direction of an Installation Foreman/Forewoman
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather settings
- Get training on the job while learning new skills in landscape construction
- Occasionally operate or assist in operation of heavy equipment to assist in the construction process
- Maintain the high quality of craftsmanship required of Wells Hollow Landscaping.
Hours of Work:
Full time, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the landscaping industry
- Excellent communication skills with supervisor, fellow staff and customers
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Preference for working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliability and Accountability - expected to work 8-10 hour days, 5 days/week
- Working knowledge of machine operation and/or mechanics
- Enjoy learning new skills and applying them in real time
- A good driving record and valid driver’s license. A CDL is a plus and will earn a higher rate of pay!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay will be $16-$23/hour based on experience and certifications
- Potential to earn a weekly bonus
- Paid lunch breaks
- Paid holidays (full time) during working season after 90 day probationary period
- Paid time off (full time) after 90 day probationary period
- Health, dental and vision insurance available after 60 days employment
