Tax Responsibility & Reporting: Participant acknowledges that the receipt of airline miles as a referral reward may be considered taxable income under IRS regulations. Your company is required by law to report any rewards valued at $600 or more in a calendar year on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of these rewards. To facilitate reporting, winners of rewards meeting the reporting threshold will be required to provide a completed Form W-9 before miles are deposited into their account
