$4,500-$7,000 | Design Fee: $400

- 2-D plan with labeled plants
- Written proposal
Enhanced Projects
$7,000-$10,000 | Design Fee: $600
Includes everything above, plus:
- Color rendering
- Plant palette
- Material palette (as needed)
Signature Projects
$10,000-$20,000 | Design Fee: $800
Includes everything above, plus:
- Color rendering
- Plant palette
- Material palette (as needed)
Custom Design & Build Projects
$20,000+ Design Fee: $800 base + scoped add-ons
(credited toward deposit)
- Full design package per approved scope
- 2-D plans, color drawings, and 3-D modeling as required
- Plant and material palettes
- Design review meeting and revisions
- One-year post-installation walk-through and warranty check
- Design scope fi nalized prior to start. Additional modeling or revisions priced transparently.
